参加条件：留学ビザを持っている留学生及びその家族（家族は他のビザで可）

集合場所（送迎バスで行く学生と家族）：
・ 大学会館１F ロビー（駐車場近く）に 17 時 45 分集合（時間厳守）
・ 基本的に送迎バスにて会場まで移動してください。
＊ 多様な国籍の方との交流が目的のため、同じ国籍からは 5 名までが参加可能です。
＊ 実際に参加できる方には、後日学生交流課より連絡します。

・ The lobby (1F) of University Hall at 17:45, (we appreciate for your punctuality.)
・ Participants are required to ride on a shuttle bus.
- Up to 5 people from the same nationality may participate.
- Those who are actually able to participate will be contacted later by Division of Student Exchange.
