This time, two international students from Nigeria🇳🇬 and Kazakhstan🇰🇿 will share how their professional experiences shaped the paths that eventually brought them to the University of Tsukuba.
There is no single “right” path to building your future. Come and hear two very different stories about work, study, change, and finding new possibilities at Tsukuba.
You are welcome to join the Talk Series from 15:10, even if you do not attend the General Meeting.

After working in psychiatric care in Nigeria, Ozuzu came to Tsukuba to study public health. He will talk about his journey from frontline nursing to research on student mental health and his growing interest in Disaster and Community Psychiatry.

The Myth of the Clear Path
Drawing on her professional experience in international development, project management, fundraising, and partnership-building in Central Asia, Aidana will share what working in international organizations really looks like—and why she chose to step away from a seemingly straight career path and return to academic study.
