Would you like to experience living in a student dormitory?
We would like to offer our undergraduate first-year students an opportunity to experience one night stay at the Global Village (shared student housing) on campus.
Please let us know your impressions or opinions on improving student housing and share fun times with other students.
- Eligibility:
Students who meet both (1) and (2) can apply.
(1) First-year regular student at our undergraduate school
(2) Students who are NOT currently living on campus dormitory
- Schedule:
Friday, March 7 2025, 13:00 – Saturday, March 8, 2025, 11:30（for one night and two days）
Day 1 (March 7) 14:00-16:00 Student Housing Tour
19:00-21:00 International Exchange Party ＠ Community Space of GV
Day 2 (March 8) 10:00-11:30 Campus tour (at the Affiliated University Hospital)
- Location: Global Village
- Participation fee: 2,000 yen (including accommodation and breakfast)
- Number of applicants: 30 students (first-come-first-served basis)
- Application period: Wednesday, February 19 to Wednesday, February 26, 2025
- Note:
The participation of international students is also welcomed. However, please note that this event will be mostly conducted in Japanese.
