あなたの「やりたい」を現実に！【未来社会デザイン棟企画者説明会開催案内】

未来社会デザイン棟を活用して、イベントやワークショップ、展示、交流企画などを実施してみませんか？

6月に平砂エリアにオープンした未来社会デザイン棟は、多様な人々が集い、新たなアイデアや価値を創出するための共創空間です。本施設で企画の実施を検討している学生（学生団体）・教職員向けに利用説明会を開催します。

説明会では、

未来社会デザイン棟の概要・コンセプト
利用可能なスペース・料金の案内
利用申請の流れ
実施可能な企画の事例
質疑応答

を予定しています。説明会後には実際に未来社会デザイン棟の内覧会を開催し、利用可能なスペースを実際に見学していただきます。また、企画実施に関する個別相談も承ります。

「イベントを開催したい」「研究成果を発信したい」「異分野交流の場を作りたい」「まずはどんなことができるのか知りたい」という方は、ぜひお気軽にご参加ください。

Turn Your IDEAS into Reality at the Future Society Design Complex! [Information Session for Event Organizers]

Would you like to host an event, workshop, exhibition, networking session, or other activities at the Future Society Design Complex (FSDC)?

Opened in June in the Hirasuna Area, the Future Society Design Complex is a co-creation space designed to bring together diverse people and foster new ideas and value creation. We are holding an information session for students (student organizations), faculty, and staff members who are interested in organizing events or activities at this facility.

The session will cover:

An overview and concept of the Future Society Design Complex
Available spaces and usage fees
The application and reservation process
Examples of events and projects that can be hosted
Q&A session

Following the information session, participants will be invited to join a guided tour of the facility to explore the available spaces. We will also offer individual consultations regarding event planning and facility use for those who are interested.

Whether you would like to host an event, showcase your research, create opportunities for interdisciplinary exchange, or simply learn more about what is possible to be done in the facility, feel free to join us.

Date & Time: July 1st (Wed) 6:30-7:30PM

Venue: Event Hall, Future Society Design Complex

Eligibility: All students, faculty and staff members (Especially those who are interested in organizing events or activities at the Future Society Design Complex, including student organizations.)
