All Exchange Students / Exchange Research Students have to submit the contact information and residence information to the University so that we can reach you any time.
Please follow instructions below and submit required form and documents by the due date.
1. Activate your Microsoft 365 Account.

2. Download the Excel file and paste ID images to it.

★ALL the digit numbers and letters MUST be visible!
※Make sure to name file as your student ID number. (9 digits e.g., 202512345)
3. Fill-out and submit Information Entry Form.

2026年度春学期に在籍開始の短期留学生のみなさんへのお知らせです。
本学からいつでも連絡が取れるように、すべての短期留学生(特別聴講学生/特別研究学生)は、連絡先および在留カードの情報を大学に提出しなければなりません。
以下の手順に従って、期限までに必要書類とフォームの提出を完了してください。
１．Microsoft 365アカウントを有効化する。
２．Excelファイルをダウンロードし、身分証画像を貼り付ける。

提出するデータ▼
①学生証（表）
②学生証（裏）
③在留カード（表）
④在留カード（裏） (最新の住所が印字されているもの)
★番号や文字などの情報が“全て”見えるようにすること。
※ファイル名は学籍番号とすること。（9桁、例：202512345）
３．情報入力フォームを入力し、提出する。

※このフォームを記入する際に、筑波大学から配布された自分のMicrosoft 365アカウントでログインするが必要があります。
